Jose is an attorney at West Coast Employment Lawyers licensed in the state of California. Prior to joining West Coast Employment Lawyers, Jose served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David Sotelo of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, where he gained experience in a wide variety of law and motion matters in the nation’s largest court system.
Before his clerkship, Jose practiced criminal law in Southern California and specialized in advocating for undocumented clients. He previously worked as a Volunteer Deputy City Attorney at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
Jose graduated from CSUN and UCLA School of Law. When not working he enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting the Los Angeles Dodgers, and listening to podcasts.
