David Is a Senior Litigation Attorney at West Coast Employment Lawyers licensed in the state of California. He has extensive experience representing individuals, small businesses, and corporations in all aspects of personal injury and employment law matters. Prior to joining West Coast Employment Lawyers, David spent over six years defending and representing individuals, national and multinational corporations, and insurance companies. This experience provided David with valuable insight into how corporations, insurance companies, and adjusters think and operate to avoid paying full compensation for a claim. Utilizing this insight, David understands how to strategically leverage his clients’ positions to obtain maximum effect in litigation.
David graduated from California State University, Northridge with a double-major in Finance and Business Administration. David went on to attend law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he obtained a scholarship and multiple awards. During law school, David was elected to serve on the board of multiple student organizations and served as a senior editor of the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal.
David joined West Coast Employment Lawyers because he felt a calling to help real people that have been wronged or fallen victim to another’s negligence. David is excited to use this passion to fight for his clients’ rights and to serve those in need.
