Andrew A. Talebi is a Senior Trial Attorney at West Coast Trial Lawyers in the areas of personal and catastrophic injury, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and wrongful death. He has handled hundreds of high-exposure, aggregated, or complex lawsuits from inception through trial or favorable settlement. As a zealous and passionate advocate for his clients, he positions his cases for trial and has been fortunate enough to secure several jury verdicts in his clients’ favor throughout California.
Andrew aggressively prosecutes his matters in order to level the playing field between multi-billion dollar insurance companies that care only about their bottom line at the expense of individuals who have had their lives permanently altered. Andrew’s pursuit is rooted in a passion for justice and making a positive and lasting impact in the community. In recognition of his success, Andrew has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Star list multiple years in a row – a distinction only 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California obtain – and was recognized by the Mayor of Beverly Hills as the recipient of the Mayor’s Kindness Award for his contributions to the city.
At the start of his career, Andrew honed his skills primarily as a defense lawyer representing Fortune 100 companies and other institutional clients in a wide spectrum of Business, Employment, Professional and General Liability litigation. This experience made clear to him that large corporations and insurance companies spare no expense in avoiding liability for the harm they cause. After learning their playbook for six years, he made the conscious decision to take his practice in a new and more fulfilling direction by joining the Plaintiffs’ Bar and seeking justice for individuals who have been seriously aggrieved or injured.
Andrew received his law degree from Loyola Law School and competed on the Scott Moot Court National Team, which earned him the distinction of Best Brief and Oral Advocate Champion in the Southern California Regional Competition. Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University, where he was President of the Political Science Association.
