La ley dicta que un empleado que se tome una licencia en tales circunstancias tiene derecho a la reincorporaci\u00f3n sin temor a la terminaci\u00f3n o represalia.<\/p>\n<p>Esta licencia de ausencia no remunerada permite a los empleados tomar una licencia de ausencia por un per\u00edodo de hasta 12 semanas o 3 meses.
