As a former prosecutor, Nima brings a unique and powerful perspective to advocating for victims of negligence. Nima earned his law degree from Arizona Summit Law School, graduating with Dean’s List honors in 2014. With years of courtroom experience fighting for justice, he now dedicates his practice to representing plaintiffs in cases involving car accidents, premises liability, sexual assault, and brain injuries, among other types of complex litigation matters. He is licensed in both Texas and California.
Nima is passionate about holding wrongdoers accountable and helping clients rebuild their lives after experiencing devastating harm. With a deep understanding of the law and a commitment to personal attention, Nima strives to secure the best possible outcomes for those who have been wronged.
Nima is a member of and regularly participates in legal trial advocacy organizations, including Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
In his spare time, Nima volunteers at trauma patient organizations and nonprofits, such as Ronald McDonald House Charities, and provides pro bono legal advice through several legal aid associations.
